HOW TO MAKE ANGELA'S TRADITIONAL DOMINICAN CAKE
Bake your cake in three easy steps!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease inside of pan with a little butter.
*Beat together butter until it's fluffy (about 5 minutes) in a large bowl or stander mixer, speed 4-5.
*Reduce the speed, add eggs and oil.
*Add juice and cake mix.
*Increase the speed for 3-4 minutes.
*Pour batter in pan and cake immediately. Batter should have dense or thick consistency.
* Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
* Cool cake in pan. Remove cake from pan and cool completely before frosting.
